Eligibility for Exchange
1. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, pouches, and boxes intact.
3. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
4. Customised or personalized pieces (such as engraved or made-to-order jewellery) cannot be exchanged.
