Exchange Policy

At Anyadha, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every piece you own. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent exchange process subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, pouches, and boxes intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
• Customised or personalized pieces (such as engraved or made-to-order jewellery) cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process

1. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@anyadha.com or DM us on Instagram at @anyadha.inwith your order details and reason for exchange.
2. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping instructions.
3. The customer is responsible for safely shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll process your exchange within 5–7 working days.

 Exchange Options

• You can choose to exchange your item for:
• Another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid, if applicable), or
• Store credit valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

 Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale items, promotional offers, and products bought during special discounts or clearance are not eligible for exchange.
• Hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings cannot be exchanged once opened, due to safety reasons.

 

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost after verification

Important Notes

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• We currently do not offer returns or refunds, only exchanges.
• Anyadha reserves the right to decline exchanges that don’t meet the above conditions
